CellProfiler is software for quantitative analysis of cell images. It allows you to develop image analysis pipelines using a graphical user interface. Once you have developed a CellProfiler pipeline that is suitable for the type of images you are working with, you may want to run it against many images, which can be resource intensive. To facilitate running a CellProfiler pipeline at scale, we have written the Mantle cellprofiler pipeline to read images from your Mantle Database and run a CellProfiler pipeline (.cppipe file) against them.
